About a year ago, my house was burgled, I received a call from my neighbour an hour after the incident stating that there was an incident, at no point in time was I contacted by ADT control room regarding this incident, I then initiated a call to the control room, by this time I had no idea what was taken or the extent of the damage, I eventually got a hold of John Labauschagne (manager on duty), I was promised a full incident report, a year later I am yet to get that, on the 28/02/2013 I tested the alarm system at about 20:55 and only got a call back at 21:00, consultant merely expressed her side stating that they were busy (that's it!), so I asked to speak to the manager, Low and behold John Labauschagne answered the call, needless to say I was not impressed, based on previous incident, I was still waiting to a patrol vehicle to come to the house, 20 minutes later Bheki Mtembu pitched, simply asked for my details and left, How pathetic is that? Back to John Labauschagne, as before he gave me a long story and promised to get the aerial manager to call or pay me a visit, needless to say, I am still waiting... Why am I paying for such pathetic service?
