Never Ever use Blue Security

We ordered an additional panel and they installed one incompatible with our system. It took 4 visits (over months) from different technicians to figure out why the panel wouldn't work with our system (which they installed)! We were then told someone would remove it and that we'd be refunded our R800. Neither happened. We reminded many times noone took any notice. Finally we were moving and they told us to remove it ourselves! We tried but stopped as it would have damaged wall. We also needed to change our address (NOT get a new contract as we had a contract with Blue and only needed it for 6 mths max). Merle, sales rep, came and said she would help with the panel but I had to sign a contract for new house. Strange as I had a contract and she NEVER mentioned it was a 3 yr fixed term contract! I signed and said I wanted the panel moved for my new system or my R800. I didn't hear from Blue for a month! She eventually phoned and offered a 'free' system for my trouble. It has been 4 mths that we have fought to cancel our contract, they continue to debit our acc as they want R2160 cancellation fee, nevermind the R800 for the useless panel. Also impossible to unsubscribe from any alerts.
