I Called the call center to log a call with regards to my touch pad panel not working however the lady took my details and told me there would be a charge as there is only a years warranty regarding the security system. However the contract is signed for 2 years. Now i have to pay for premiums for the security system which is not working also if i did want a technician to come and have a check the panel i need to pay petrol cost etc which is R200 ex vat.
I feel that the public is being cheated if adt wants to keep their clients happy they should step up to satisfying their clients
