At the end of June this year ADT was called to replace a flat battery. ADT technicans arrived on two occasions but didnt have the correct batteries. After complaining to ADT a third service call was booked but this time no technician arrived. After complaining on Hello Peter ADT contacted me and I was promised that there would be no charge for the service calls and I cancelled my account with ADT. Now, 5 months later I get an invoice for the so-called service calls! Have tried for 3 days to sort this out with the ADT call centre. I have been put on hold (this last time for 22 minutes) and cut off on numerous occasions and still no resolution. Seriously ADT what are you people doing?
