After complaining through Hellopeter, we had a response from ADT and eventually a technician - contracted by ADT as they don't have their own staff - attended to our problem on Wednesday 16 March. He wrote a report to ADT stating that the one sensor in our garden was faulty - this is only a month old and needs replacing. He also reported that one other sensor needs to be moved for optimal functioning- also a month old. We have once again had no response from ADT. I want it on record that if our security is any way compromised we will hold ADT fully responsible and cancel our contract with immediate effect!
