My Husband was sent away on business to Durban for the 3rd time now in as many months for two weeks at a time. I contacted Mr Ungerer and notified him of the situation as myself and my two sons are left home alone. Mr Ungerer organised without hesitation that extra patrols were done in our area, with the Apcan response vehicle clearly visible and with numerous patrol slips left in my mailbox, proofing that two stops were made at my house every day.
