I phoned in January to cancel our ADT contract. They told me to write a letter to them saying that we are cancelling our contract. I emailed the letter to three addresses and no one respond to me but they send me a read receip. The letter was wrote on the 31st of January 2013. Last week they send a message that the debit order returned unpaid we must call olivia to avoid suspension of services. I`v called twise and she didn't phone me back. and this is the service we get after we have cancelled a month before the time
