I have contacted your call centre on the 20th instant requesting info regarding transferring or cancelling my ADT Account due to me moving to new premises, I am finding it hard to comprehend that no one has bothered to look into this matter which is even more frustrating is that your call centre agent requested that I correspond my request via e-mail yet nothing happens - phone call/written correspondence nothing seems to work with ADT???
I am still waiting for Customer Care to respond/resolve to the complaint I posted the 24th December 2012...
