Today is a week and still absolutely nothing
When i phone holiday access no one can help me, the contract says i can cancel with a letter and when i phone they say no i have signed the contract- yes i have signed where it says i can cancel with a letter- i have wrote a letter, i have phoned i have wrote on hellopeter and nothing- Im going to take this up with the consumer act as from march 2012 it came into act that i have a right to cancel a contract with a written letter as long as i am up to date with my payment on the specific day- which i am!! I am not paying for something i cannot use and havent used and wont use- where we were misled in the accomodation fees, we got told 400-1000r and when i tried to book it was over 5000-00- who can afford that when i can get the same acc. for cheaper on groupon!!! I want someone to get hold of me asap, as this is something i need resolved and going to consumer act if it is not resolved.
