Worst service eve

I installed a cyber sleuth supreme unit a month ago and to date the unit has not worked, call centre cannot answer in less than 20 mins and operators are useless. they bill for the service but cannot get it active. they can remove the unit for all i care . they wont find my vehicle if they go on like this and cant get a unit active
