I had the cyber sleuth supreme installed in January this year. AA Autosound's technician not only damaged the interior of my brand new vehicle, but he also stuck the panic button in the most unsightly stupid place he could have managed - right next to my gear lever in plain sight! So much for having a discreet panic button!!
I raised these issues with Prem at AA Autosound whom I was told is the manager of the Midrand branch. SInce then he has been stringing me along, with not one promise kept nor one appointment held. It has been more than two months that I have been begging and pleading for the stuff up to be rectified and for two months I have been getting nothing out of them. I tried contacting Altech head office Customer Care Manager as well as the head office National Installation Manager, neither of whom answer their phones or respond to voice messages left.
Is this the level of service you offer? That you do not care how your customers' cars are handled, or what condition they are left in? And that you do not have to face any accountability or resolve concerns and complaints from paying customers?
I am frustrated, angry and sorely disappointed with the brand!
