Still waiting for response

On 15 January 2013 I've submitted my provident fund claim and I'm still awaiting any response from PSSP Fund. I keep on sending emails with no response from the fund. When trying to phone the land line 011 8463336 and customer care nr: 0861177775 you hold on for ever!! Promises that the funds will be paid over was made on several occasions! Rakesh keep on telling me that there was a system error on the account and that they were working on this... The funds were supposed to be paid over latest on 31/05/2013, which were NOT done. All of my colleagues that were retrenched as well have received their pension funds... How is this possible? Why can nobody come back to me with the progression of this? Please can you assist me? I have various financial obligations and need to attend to this ASAP.
