Late last year ADT called me several time saying I was owing them an amount for a battery installation. On all accounts I explained to them that they provided me with no such service. I eventually asked that they send me proof that they indeed installed a new battery for me but I never got that proof. In January 2013 I got an sms informing me that end Feb my account would be debited with the amount. I called ADT on the 24/01 and spoke to Abby. She said she was forwarding my query to Finance & that I would be contacted by Finance. After no contact by Finance I then called ADT again on 18/02 & spoke to Thami who said Cindy was waiting for the invoice from the branch. She then transfrerred me to Tswane who said ADT had spotted the mistake and my account would be credited. To my surprise, on 26/02 ADT had deducted the R361 from my account. I called on the same day and spoke to Ashlyn and then again called on 07/03 and spoke to Leseba. Both Ashlyn and Leseba said I'd be contected back by ADT on the matter but up until today no one has made an effort to contact me from ADT & yet they continue to debit my account with the monthly fee.
