I have contacted the call center on several occasions requesting statements on monthly basis. I was told by the consultants at the time that my account was still new and had to be handed over to a designated credit controller. I called the following month and i was told the same story again. In March my premium went up from R342.00 to R350.00 with no notification via sms, post or email. I called the call center and was notified that the it was an administration fee increase.
On that day i requested statements again and was told that the lady handlung my account was GUGU no surname was given and that she was not her desk to take my call.
I called in today and spoke to ASHLYN, i informed her that i had an increase to my premium again and i was not notified in advance of the increase, Ashlyn informed me it was due to the yearly increase. When i queried the previous increase, this time i was informed by Ashlyn it was due to a PETROL PRICE INCREASE. I cannot understand why the premium goes up for a petrol price hike and when the petrol [rice goes down then the premium remains the same. I have also requested a copy of my statements and again i was told that GUGU was not at her desk.
