Despite numerous problems trying to get our alarm connected with ADT I made the bad decision to stay with them. I paid amounts over R3000 to get the system connected because apparently "my existing system wasn't good enough". They then have the cheek to call me to tell me I owe R1500 for pet sensors which had been paid before the pet sensors were installed. I emailed the proof of payment twice and still the statements arrived showing the amount was still owing. I have emailed customer services twice and nobody bothered to respond despite a response email telling me to expect a phone call within 24 hours. The worse company in South Africa.
