I have canceled my contract with ADT and the debit order was taken off after i was told it wouldn't be. When i phoned to query this matter it turned out that the contract was still active and now I'm am battling to get my money back. I phone to query the problem and get told that they working on the matter its been over a week now and im still waiting for my money. This unacceptable and if this matter is not resolved by Wednesday i will be opening a case of against ADT. The person who has been dealing with my case is Tabanie from the customer care and he doesn't seem to doing anything to rectify his mistake as he forgot to process the cancellation in the first place.
