Blue security never siezes to amaze me with their unhelpfullness and terrible attitude. Ever since we have this system their is a problem regularly to the point that it is not serving its purpose and compromising the safety of my family. They are demanding we pay a call out fee when their system regularly is faulty, the manger WADE, lacks product knowledge and customer liasion skills and was only to happy to merrily offer my wife termination of contract in a disinterested manner. It shocks me that blue has won so many awards because many of my friends have endless hassles with them. This only shows us what blue thinks of the public. I will engage the services of the ombudsman and consumer watch services as we are being ripped off
