On Friday 1st March I woke up around 6:30am and discovered that my Hyundai H100 bakkie has been. I immediately called Netstar to track my vehicle as I have a Sleuth system installed in the vehicle. They told me they would keep me informed of the recovery process and called back around 1hour later telling me they still haven't received a signal from my vehicle. 3 Hours later we found the vehicle ourselves abandoned in the open less than 1km away from our house (In our road). The couldn't get the bakkie started so they abandoned it. To me this just shows that their service is useless - how can they track a vehicle (underground/hidden) if they can't even track a vehicle 1km away from my house..? I tried calling the call centre twice and was put on hold for a long time. Really pathetic service if you ask me. I am paying them for a service that doesn't even work properly.
