ADT did not load our debit order instruction, realised this a year after the incident, sent me a total bill (no individualised billing so I could see how much they billed me for which month), after several enquiries and many telephone calls to the ADT call centre, I can still not get a proper statement from them, I spoke to Alida Potgieter who promised to sort out my account and call me back, she never did. Spoke to a Colin in accounts, same story - never called me back never sorted it out.
I cancelled my service and they STILL have not contacted me to remove the radio from my premises. The average time they keep me waiting when calling the call centre is 10 minutes!
I had a break in in February and their response time were 18 minutes!
Tired of talking to a call centre agent, maybe management need to wake up on that side.
