I had a power failure on the 9th Feb, but never got an SMS or phone call message from ADT. Power was completely dead when I got home 2 days later. I have been phoning since 13 Feb. Each time I phone, I explain the situation and I am informed a manager will contact me, but it never happens.
On the 5th time I phone, I demanded to speak to a manager and was put on hold. The call was then DROPPED by ADT. This absolutely pathetic service!! I am definitely going to be changing security companies cos based on number of complaints on this site, it appears ADT does not give a.
