I was contacted by a sales agent of Altech Netstar with their deal for February. The sales pitch was that even though the unit was being fitted in February we would only be billed from March. Someone obviously forgot to tell the accounts department as I have been billed pro rata for February. Altech Netstar could not even get the dates of my installation right! A friend who was having the same unit installed happened to see my name in the appointment book at the fitment centre and phoned me to go to the fitment centre. How many other people are being caught with the same sales pitch? Perhaps the sales agent should refund me the February pro rata payment as the company have refused to refund.
