As i am writing this email, i am holding on at the call centre number to get a movement report of out vehicle, no one seems to be available to assist in that department, i have been holding for 30 min. This morning i left an email to get someone to get back to me, NO response, so clearly there is no service at ctrack and it doesnt seem like you care for your customers. Its 35 min now, and still no answer, no one picking up. So what do i do now?
