Call centere and bad service

I have reported my car with FNB and logged a claim its been almost two weeks they are not saying anything. They sent me an email saying my claim is going to be handled by Leandre who has not been helpful and never answers his phone. I am always on hold for more than hour on their call centre and lately I have been told by one of the Agents that there are only 3 people employed at the claims department and I am horrified by this.

I currently have a hired car, which I had to force it out of them. I am afraid I am going to be left stranded as I do not know how long I have the car for. FNB does not care about this it seems. I am holding again and it is now 40 minutes and there is still no answer on their call centre.

I sent an email to the person who is supposed to be handling my claim and I received an auto reply saying SORRY IM NOLONGER EMPLOYED BY FNB INSURANCE BROKERS PLEASE CALL THE CALL CENTERE FOR FURTURE ASSISTANCE. I AM CALLING AND THERES NO ANSWER JUST A SONG.
I have questions
When are you going to remove my car from the police?
When do you plan to appoint an assessor?
How long do I have the hired car for?
