Since I had my tracker installed, I keep getting calls from CTrack that they are picking up a Battery Tamper on my vehicle, although my vehicle is perfectly fine. I requested twice that they repair the device. They said that the Menlyn Branch will contact me in regards with this, but still no call from CTrack.
The only calls I receive from CTrack is the "Battery Tamper" notification andI receive them about 3 - 4 times per day and is is driving me crazy.
Please! Fix this...
