In 2003 after numerous phone line problems I asked Park Patrol about alternative base communication with my Installed alarm. Was suggested I go the Radio route a deposit of R700 was paid. Now after 10 years I have stopped Park Patrol Monthly service due to dwindled disposable income has necessitated cut backs. So end of May I stopped the Park patrol service, contact was made that a Technician would come and disconnect the Radio he in turn was taken the unit away. On questioning the Technician about a payment that made when the unit was installed and does the unit not belong to me he says it was only deposit.

Contacted office same time and told the lady until my deposit was returned to me I will hold onto the radio transmitter. She asked me as they have no record on data files of payment, do I have a receipt my reply was no don't have, she then replied I will get back to you on the matter After the 29th of May 2013 I have had no feed-back on the matter.

I have no complaints against this company after 13 years of home security my only complaint return my deposit forthwith.
