I had a vehicle with Tracker installed on it. I sold the vehicle some 2 years ago and sent Tracker an email to please contact me, so I could make arrangements for either the unit to be transferred to my new car, or for the purchaser of the old vehicle to take the contract over. I got an email from them stating that someone will call me. I have made numerous attempts to have this resolved, with no luck. I have now been handed over and black listed. I AM STILL WAITING FOR TRACKER TO CALL ME BACK AFTER 2 YEARS, but I am the bad apple in the basket. I have to pay this now to get my name off the ITC board. Its not a big amount, its just the principal if the whole matter. BE CAREFUL AS TO WHAT YOU SIGN. ALSO MAKE SURE YOU DONT SELL THE VEHICLE BEFORE YOUR CONTRACT IS UP. Just by the way I have had 2 vehicles fitted with Tracker that have been and neither has ever been recovered...
