I applied for a loan with bridge loans and after submitting the application and answering security questions, I was prompted to a sign the pre agreement quotation and statement electronically which was very fast and very convenient, . This morning I called the customer care number where MY CALL WAS ANSWERED BY A RUDE AGENT, whom didn't even bother to give me feedback but told me that its on correction.. What is this CORRECTION thing? She was rude to me and told me that she is not the one who referred the application to correction and she hanged up the phone on me. this was very pathetic and very arrogant.
