Poor Service and Response time

I received a call from ADT today saying my home alarm was triggered and Informed the lady that I'm not home. Having no faith in response due to past experiences I decided to wrap up and make my way home to investigate myself. I arrived home 20mins after I received the call and found my home intact but my outside beam triggered.

My problem with ADT is always the same, either they don't call, call late or show up late. The guy who arrived few minutes after I did told me he had to come from far.

I called back and reported the concern like I did before and was told that a Supervisor will call me back. Later a lady by the name of Lameez called and explained that there was a high number of calls at the time - this is exactly the same response I got twice before and quite frankly is not my problem.

I tried to cancel this poor service before and sign up with Chubb who has dedicated and visible in my area but would have to pay R1000 penalty, instead Tisha Fourie offered me reduction in my monthly premium. I told Lameez that I want to cancel based on the repeated bad service and now waiting for her supervisor to call me back.

Very disappointed with ADT and regret signing up.
