Within 24 hours?!

So much for the website claim "Fill out the form and ADT will call you within 24 hours"! It has now been 45 hours and still no response. I had asked to be called "urgently" about repairing/replacing my alarm system after it got hit by lightening. And also as a prospective permanent customer.
