I am having a problem with my tracking device its not working and it was replaced on the 18th of January 2013. I have reported the problem to Mixtelematics and they are telling me that i will have to pay for the people to come out to repair it... of which i find it unfair to have unit installed and one week later is not working and they expect me to pay for that. I CLEARLY SAID TO THEM THEY MUST TAKE IT OUT ON MY CAR I WILL SHOP FOR ANOTHER ONE.
