They are never there! I have been trying to get feedback from their accounts department since February this year so that I can reconcile my account with them and pay what is due. I have sent faxes, I have emailed them and spoken to two consultants, but still no response or feedback. Since 25 April 2013 I have called them 8 times and the call is either not answered or the call is dropped. Of the 3 emails sent, two were acknowledged with a ticket number promising a call back within a few days, but no response ever received.
I eventually made contact with Liston of their JHB branch on 17 May 2013 and sent him all the correspondence regarding this matter. Guess what - to date no response or feedback. I very seldom receive Invoices or Statements so I am unable to reconcile my account.
