Hi all, I tried to be nice by sending Mr Lance Noah from Cartrack a personal e-mail to avoid airing more of cartrack's dirty laundry. I requested for the protocol which I need to follow to cancel my contract. he was on leave until the 7th and I expected a response by now.
I want to cancel the useless service you are currently giving me/not giving me urgently.
