I installed a cybersleuth supreme into my car for insurance purposes and to make use of the log book facility for tax purposes. a technician came and installed the unit and went off, I got no starter pack, no instructions as to how it works or operates, nothing. I called the call centre to find out what now??? 35 minutes before anyone answered and i was cut off and had to dial back. I gave up, I would not have known what to do if I was ever hijacked. January I called in again - waited 25 minutes for someone to answer, the website was not functioning, ever since I have had the unit the website has been down. I do not even know if the thing is working - someone must please remove this thing it is useless! A lady promised to send me a trip report - 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting.
