Went to buy a double door, showed Louis which door and I took a pic of it. Louis gave me a quote for the door, I accepted the quote and I made a payment for it with delivery. When the door arrived it was the wrong door, I asked if he could change it but now I had to pay in. I also needed a garage motor, which I got a quote for and I accepted the quote and paid for it. The motor is faulty and I asked for Louis to please fetch it and he said that I would have to pay delivery. So to deliver the new doors that Louis made an error with and purchase a new motor, I think it would be fair to split the cost of delivery. Over and above that, Louis was also not willing to pick the motor up unless I paid another delivery charge. And his attitude towards me was not very friendly. I am a contractor and I tried out van acht as a new contact. I feel I'd rather go else where before I consider buying at van acht again.
