I bought a vehicle from a private seller which already had a Altech Netstar tracking system. She gave her month's notice and my intention was to then have this system upgraded and put on my name. This process was started around 20 December 2013 and to date NOTHING has been done.
I have made many calls to Netsrat (nee No-star) and they do not answer their phones. Do they all party or take vacations at the same time? When I finally ma to Netstar managed to talk to someone, many promises were made yet to date NO RESPONSE. I am now extremely concerned that if I were to be in any trouble or my life at risk... would Netstar honestly be able to help me? At this rate I could be decomposing on the side of the road as I am still waiting to be helped. First for Women, my insurance brokers, have also tried to step in and help and not even they could get Altech No-star to react to my continuous prompting. I now question why an insurance company can in all good conscience endorse a company like this who do not care at all about the well-being and safety of their female clientele.
