UNHAPPY CLIENT -MONEY OWE TO ME NOT PUT IN ACCOUNT

HI ADT HAS DEBITED MY BANK ACC ON 25 AUGUST 2013 OF AMT OF R955.05 SAYING MY ACC WAS IN ARREARS WHEN MY ACC WAS UP TO DATE ADT CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS HAVE GIVEN ME THE INCORRECT REF NO SO THE DEPOSITS I HAVE BEEN MAKING WAS GOING TO ANOTHER CLIENT... LEAVING MY ACC IN ARREARS .I HAVE QUERIED THIS MATTER IN AUGUST LAT YEAR AND WAS TOLD BY NATASHA GOLIATH IN CPT BRANCH THAT I WILL BE REFUNDED AN AMT OF R640.00 BY END OF LAST YEAR BUT TO NO AVAIL IM STILL WAITING HAVE CONTACTED NATSHA SO MANY TIMES WITH THIS REGARDS BUT WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND.ON 30/01/2014 I CALLED NATASHA BUT SHE DIDNT TAKE MY CALL SO I SPOKE TO ADVISOR "JONATHAN KING" HE TOLD ME R640.00 WILL BE IN MY ACC BY 04/02/2014 BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPEN I CALLED ADT CPT OFFICES 5 TIMES TODAY & ASKED TO SPEAK TO SUM1 HIGHER BUT THEY KEPT CUUTING THE CALL... ON MY 5TH CALL I WAS PUT THREW TO JONATHAN KING BT HE WAS NOT @ HIS DESK I SPOKE TO OSWALD AND HE SAID WILL GIVE HIM THE MSG TO CALL ME BACK AS I AM FED OF BEEN RUNNING AROUND IN CIRCLES... I FEEL SOME 1 HAS TAKEN MY MONEY CAUSE NO1 GETS BACK TO ME... AND I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO CANCEL MY ADT ACCOUNT... PLEASE HELP ME!!!
