MISGUIDING CLIENTS

On the 7th Jan 2014, I took out Tacker Agility (Value Added Insurance). I was informed that R55 was going to be my monthly premium, then came the 1st of Feb and R97.58 was debited from my account. I then called tracker on 0860 60 50 40 the number provided on my policy schedule to call, the lady whose name i cant remember put me through to someone else as she said value added benefits are not what they deal with, then the next person I spoke to told me I need to speak tracker on that 0860 number. First of all, I fail to understand what the extra R42.58 is for and I was misguided as i was informed of only R55.Secondly I do not appreciate the run-around I have been given wasting my airtime with the back and forth your consultants have been doing. Lastly I require the R42.58 to be transferred back to my account or cancel the agility policy and refund me the entire R97.58.
