Seriously how difficult can it be?

I sold my vehicle with the tracker unit, changed ownership for the new owner etc, yet the VAP Agility debit orders are still going off from my account?

How difficult can it be to change the debit orders???
Fix this and sort it out today, the incompetence from tracker is starting to irritate me!
Melissa, feedback on emails would be appreciated, if you are out of office, get someone to monitor your emails, email sent = no feedback!
