After selling my car in December I tried phoning for 2 weeks to cancel my policy. Eventually I just emailed everyone on the website. Eventually I received confirmation and was told that I should pay one month's notice for cancelations, which I was fine with. I then warned them that usually I payed my whole year's subscription in January and they should just make sure to not deduct the whole year but only a month's premie. In January the then deducted the whole year's payment despite everything! I then phoned them and after speaking to 3 employees, one then raised a credit note. Its a month later and I am still waiting for my credit! Their service is sooo bad! I would never make use of them again.
