CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!

Mid Jan phoned ADT to sort out a connection problem at my house - was not fixed and invoiced for
Phoned them again - they send IDS to fixed this problem. They pitch up without the necessary spares, etc and said he'll be back to fixed this .. 3 weeks later i'm still waiting for him .. I was billed again for this.
System still not right... phoned ADT on 27 Jan 2014 and was cut off 4 times. phoned again and asked them to please call me as there is a fault on their side with the line. Still waiting for the call...
Next day (28/01/2014) I cancelled my membership via email to them .. still waiting for response.
Send another email dated 31/01/2013 for cancellation .. still waiting for response.
Faxed and send cancellation again on 3rd Feb .. still waiting for response.
Send another email this morning asking for confirmation...
HOW DO YOU OPERATE? I ONLY WANT CONFIRMATION THAT MY MEMBERSHIP HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
