How difficult is it to cancel a subscription??

I have been trying for more than a week to get the appropriate info and cancel my dstv subscription, without success. Are you stalling the process to tell me the notice is too short and I need to pay for another month? My first email to you was on 27 May, which is exactly one month in advance because my debit order date is on the 28th of each month. You repeat the same programmes and movies so often, and the same movie can be found on different channels. This is not worth R695, 00 per month. You've just given me another reason for ending my subscription as I need to beg and beg for an answer, and it seems you are playing for time to let me pay for another month since YOU are stalling the process. I want my subscription ended on midnight, 27 June 2013, which means that my last recurring credit card payment WAS DONE on 28 May. How difficult can it be? And don't leave me a voicemail to call back - you wait forever before anyone answers and I am not paying for a cellphone call. If I am busy, call me back or better still, email the ending of the subscription to me, AND INCLUDE THAT MY LAST PAYMENT WAS DONE ON 28 MAY 2013. With you guys I need a record in writing!
