Installs inferior products with no guarantees eg: LED long life spotlights that are meant to last many, many years, they don't last 6 months. Mark expects us to replace at our expense and each spot a few hundred rand a time.
Workmanship also very, very poor.
Basically things do not last long when Mark and co get there hands on it.
Another thing is that when we upgrade equipment such as camera monitors etc our old ones take a walk, when approaching Mark he has some or other story that he did not take it, bunch of liars.
Also Mark has a very bad attitude and needs customer counseling.
