I've been living at 240 protea court for a long time and everymonth its the same thing no detailed statement of services rended just a whole bunch of made up status mark can't comment on my first report I wrote why is that I ask is cause status mark knows what they are doing is and billing their tenants rediculous electricity and water useage I understand the rent is set at R3100 for some flats and R3400 for others my question to status mark is how on earth can your total rent plus services come to over R6000 to R9000 a month that's unheard of you would swear you renting a factory where the place is running 24/7 manufacturing who knows what I just want to inform status mark that I won't be leaving this like this I am in the process of steaking to some people very interested in how you guys rip off your tenants. I'm not speaking for myself but the whole protea court I hope you guys get your act together before its to late I wish you well enjoy the free ride for now cause happy hour is over you gonna pay back every cent you from your tenants at 240 protea court.
