I did a SIM swap on Sat 12 Oct 2013 for my husband's handset cell no: 0734634660. I was advised that my husband's phone should be active between 2 to 24 hrs. It is now Sunday evening 21.30 & it is still not working... NO SERVICE... I called the call centre on 808 selected zero to speak to a consultant & held on for 6 mins the first time then 8 mins the second time, still nobody to speak to... what recourse do I have??? Totally unhappy with the service!!!
