Every month the same problem. I pay them 3 weeks prior to my due date each month via EFT and they simply do not allocate my payments. I am having to take time out of my day each month to check if their incompetent staff has updated my records. I have actually resorted to sending my proof of payments to the Durban Accounts department for immediate attention (Immaculate Buthelezi) - Immaculate is a superstar when it comes to client care!!
Johannesburg accounts department a total disappointment as I have sent my proof of payment to them once a day for over 2 weeks!!! And still nothing!!!
