Cancellation request ignored

I sent through a cancellation request in Oct through Mark Schoeman. To date my service at my Houghton Property has still not been cancelled and I am still being debited on a monthly basis. Please ensure that it is cancelled immediately and that my debits are refunded for the past three months.
