Unacceptable service, no response to my comnplaint

I received unacceptable service from ADT two Monday's ago.
Long story short - I was not at home, my property was broken into, no one from ADT called me to inform me of what had happened, and eventually 2 hours after the break in I had to call them to find out what was going on. In those two hours my property was left open and vulnerable with no armed response keeping an eye on the property.
I wrote a long email of complaint, reference number EA3F3005211A3, to [Email Removed] and have heard nothing since. Your email address in very ironic as you are clearly never there!
I will be changing service providers ASAP if I do not get a response to me initial complaint in the next few days.
