Lack of response

I received an alarm activation call at 4:35 on Saturday morning. As I was not at home, asked that response be sent, and to please be notified of the situation.By 5:20 I had heard nothing, so called again and was advised the armed response is still responding. I again asked to please be notified as to the situation. I was advised that if anythng was wrong, someone would let me know. I have not heard another thing since then. As I did not hear again, I assumed all was ok. When we got to the house at around 9:30, we discovered a door had been broken open. The response note advised the door was open, but nobody had bothered to let me know. Fortunately nothing was, but the fact remains that the response time was almost an hour, which is unacceptable and I was not informed that the door had been forced open. My house was left vulnerable and I was not informed. This is NOT what I pay for!!
