TRACKER CONNECT SHOULD BE WISER WITH THEIR BILLING

I am a long-standing Client of Tracker!!! I pay annually in advance - each year this is a challenge!

They billed me subscriptions for which I did not owe with no notification that I 'OWE' them money - I had no SMS, NO INVOICE/STATEMENT.

I received a recording on my cellphone that I should contact them as I could expect and ADVERSE RECORD!!

I then contacted Tracker and was advised that I was on ITC!! - I then enquired how many ITC Companies - they confirmed 3!!! I had to email them proof of my records and emails stating that I owe nothing till April this year i.e. paid up till March 2014.

Tracker passed a Credit Note for the amount billed (not due) - I received the 3 names of the companies they listed me with and apparently removed from 1 so far.

TRACKER THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! This is NOT service, you ACCOUNTS Department are up to maggets and my name has been TARNISHED because of you AND STILL AWAIT TO BE REMOVED from the other 2 ITC COMPANIES.

This has been reported to the Customer Complaints Commission as well as TRACKER have no OMBUDS-MAN and the CEO does not return calls. Mr Hutchinson says - leave me a message on the Website and doesnt call you!!
