On the 20th of August I was alerted that tracker claims that my account is in arrears and I cant afford any credits. I then called Tracker to find out what is happening. At the time of the call I was told my account is suspended but was up to date in terms of payments. This was 31 days after the last payment. This is damaging my credit profile. Apart from that Tracker want me to pay for the service they didn't render. Is this what tracker is about? The track you credit record and tarnish it? They demand payments for service they didn't deliver? WOW!
